We created the Apologetics Mastery Deck to be a genuinely valuable study resource, and we want you to order with confidence.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and return your order for a refund of the purchase price.

No complicated explanation is required. No restocking fee.

Starting a Return

Email apologeticsmastery@gmail.com with:

• Your name

• Your order number

• The item you would like to return

We will reply with return instructions. Please contact us before mailing your return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

• The complete deck must be returned, including all cards and the deck box

• The product must not be missing cards, heavily marked, intentionally damaged, or altered

You are welcome to open the deck, examine the cards, and use it enough to decide whether it is right for you.

For two-deck and three-deck bundles, all decks included in the bundle must be returned to receive a full bundle refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your refund will include the purchase price and applicable sales tax. Original and expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will make it right with a replacement or refund and will cover any required return shipping.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will gladly cancel and refund orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it will need to be handled through the standard return process.

Gifts

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Gift recipients may contact us to discuss an exchange or store credit.

Return Abuse

We reserve the right to decline returns involving fraud, repeated abuse of the guarantee, or products returned materially incomplete or damaged.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
